Product description
HIV RT was coexpressed and purified from E. coli as two length variants forming a heterodimer. The proteins were expressed as C-terminal HIS-funsion and N-terminal GSTfusion proteins and purified by a 3-step chromatographic procedure comprising affinity and size exclusion chromatography steps including GST-tag cleavage.
