Product description
The kinase domain of ERK3 was expressed in E.coli Bl21 (DE3) cells with an N-terminal TEV-cleavable hexahistidine tag. The protein was purified by a four-step procedure comprising affinity capture, tag cleavage,, negative affinity chromatography and size exclusion chromatography.
