beta-catenin (human) was coexpressed with TCF-4 and purified from E.coli. The proteins were expressed as N-terminal HIS-fusion protein and N-terminal GST-fusion protein, respectively, and purified by a 3-step chromatographic procedure comprising affinity and size exclusion chromatography steps including HIS- and GST-tag cleavages.
